Configuring Teltonika FMB920 for Vega GPS

Step 1: Set APN Settings (via SMS)
Send SMS command to the device SIM number (default SMS password is 2 spaces):
setparam 2001:YOUR_APN;2002:YOUR_APN_USER;2003:YOUR_APN_PASS
Step 2: Configure Server IP & Port
Send SMS command to set server address and TCP port:
setparam 2004:140.238.249.231;2005:5027;2006:0
Note: Param 2006:0 sets protocol to TCP mode.
Step 3: Register Device IMEI on Vega
Log in to the Vega Dashboard (`track.vegagps.online`), navigate to Devices, click Add Device, select protocol Teltonika, and enter your 15-digit IMEI number.
