Teltonika FMB140 Dual SIM & CAN Bus Configuration

Complete step-by-step setup guide for connecting Teltonika FMB140 trackers to Vega GPS Platform. Includes parameters for Dual SIM failover, CAN adapter telemetry (fuel level, odometer, RPM), and TCP socket settings.

1. Configure via SMS Commands

Send the following SMS commands from an authorized phone number to your FMB140 SIM card:

# Command 1: Set Server IP, Port, and Protocol (TCP) setparam 2001:140.238.249.231;2002:5027;2003:0
# Command 2: Set SIM 1 APN Name setparam 2004:YOUR_APN_NAME
# Command 3: Enable Data Sending Frequency (Periodic 10s moving) setparam 10050:10;10051:10

2. Verify Live Connection

Once configured, open the Vega Dashboard, navigate to Devices > Add Device, enter the 15-digit IMEI number found on your FMB140 label, and verify telemetry records are updating every 10 seconds.
