Codec 8 Data Saving Parameters

To balance 5-second real-time map precision with GPRS data SIM consumption, configure record generation based on three dynamic triggers:

Distance Trigger: Generate a record every 200 meters while moving.
Angle Trigger: Generate a record when heading changes by >15° to ensure smooth map curves.
Time Trigger: Send heartbeat records every 300 seconds when engine is OFF to preserve internal battery life.
